PROJECT TO UPGRADE THE NATIONAL ENERGY AND MINES LABORATORY

This project aims at:

Setting up 4 ancillary units of the LNEM laboratory in Agadir, Marrakech, Tangier and Meknes to double the analysis capacity and reduce the average delivery time of test results ;
Rearranging the premises of LNEM in Casablanca;
Equipping the LNEM Casablanca and its ancillary units with the necessary and adequate technical equipment ;
Equipping the LNEM staff with office furniture and computer equipment ;
Providing staff training in analysis techniques and and practices related to Quality - Safety - Environment ;
Implementing a quality system ;
Preparing the LNEM for ISO 9001 certification and transform it into SEGMA.
